Shipping and Handling Terms:
  • Shipping fee is based on item weight.
  • Shipping and handling fee is fixed and non-negotiable.
  • Free Standard Shipping for orders over $100 for USA locations only.
  • We will constantly work to make your shopping experience better and pleasant. Therefore, we may adjust our shipping and handling fee from time to time to accomodate your needs. Please see our log date below to see what changes we have made to this page.
  • Our handling time is typically 1 business day.
  • If you choose standard shipping method, we will ship your order by USPS first class mail if it weighs 13 oz or less and by USPS Media Mail if it weighs more than 13 oz.
  • Media Mail may takes up to 10 business days depending on your location. Sometimes, it may even take longer. We encourage you to choose Expedited shipping method when you buy more than 3 dvds.
Requirements for FREE Shipping:
  • The shipping address has to be within the Unites States, APO/FPO, Guam and Puerto Rico
  • You have to choose Free Shipping options for Shipping Method.
Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Free Standard Shipping takes 4 - 14 business days.
  • Standard - Media Mail / First Class Mail takes 2 - 10 business days.
  • Expedited - Priority Mail takes 1-6 business days.
  • Standard Canada / International Mail takes 2 - 4 weeks.

Discrete Packing:
  • You may request for discrete packing, simply put it in the Comments box when you checkout to let us know that you want us to remove the art cover. We will always ship dvd in its DVD case for protection against damages during shipment.
Benefits of Ordering Pre-Release Items:
  • Ordering Pre-Release Items ensures that you get the lowest price. We always sells Pre-Release Items in special price prior to the release date. 
  • You will be first in line to get the items.
  • We notify you if the release date is moved up or delayed.

 Return Policies:
  • Return is served on individual basis only. We reserve the right to limit or decline returns, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Refund excludes shipping and handling fee.
  • Opened item can only be exchanged for identical item.
Undeliverable Packages:
  • Customer is held liable for packages that were returned back to us (incorrect address, undeliverable, refused). Customer has to pay for reshipment.
